For referrers

Initiating a referral process:

• Begin by creating a referral letter and a Mental Health Treatment Plan tailored for your patient. Ensure you've listed the number of sessions allocated to the patient on the referral. 
• I am now on medical objects and this is my preferred way of receiving referrals. You can also  forward the referral letter via fax to  (07) 3112 3954. Please address your referral to:

• Encourage your patient to reach out to me by sending an email to hello@theresepriceclinicalpsychology.com.au or phoning 0455 025 372 to arrange an appointment.
• Following their initial session, I will ensure to communicate your patient's attendance to you and provide periodic updates and progress reports as necessary.
