For referrers

I am currently accepting referrals for new clients.

Initiating a referral process:

• Begin by creating a referral letter and a Mental Health Treatment Plan tailored for your patient. Ensure you've listed the number of sessions allocated to the patient on the referral. 
• Forward the referral letter via fax to  (07) 3112 3954. Please address your referral to:

• Encourage your patient to reach out to me by calling  0412 413 524  or by sending an email to hello@theresepriceclinicalpsychology.com.au to arrange an appointment.
• Following their initial session, I will ensure to communicate your patient's attendance to you and provide periodic updates and progress reports as necessary.
