You don’t have to navigate this alone.
Many people reach out for therapy during times when life feels overwhelming, distressing, confusing, or simply heavier than it used to. You might be struggling with anxiety, grief, burnout, difficult life transitions, or feeling disconnected from yourself.
For some, these challenges arise during pregnancy or early parenthood. For others, they reflect longer-standing patterns—such as perfectionism, a difficult relationship with food or body image, or feeling stuck in cycles that are hard to change alone.
Whatever has brought you here, you deserve a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
About me
I’m Thérèse, a Brisbane clinical psychologist offering sessions in Spring Hill and Norman Park, as well as telehealth Australia-wide.
I work with adolescents (16+) and adults to better understand their experiences, navigate difficult emotions, and make meaningful, lasting changes. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies. Together, we make sense of what you're going through and develop a plan to help you move toward the life you want to live.
I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science and a Master of Clinical Psychology. I am a Board-Approved Supervisor, a member of the Australian Psychological Society, and an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician.
I have a particular interest in supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, especially when navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, and disordered eating, or feeling disconnected from themselves during this time.
When I’m not at work, I’m usually at the park with my two young girls, going on picnics or bike rides, daydreaming about travel, and trying to stop my dogs and children from destroying household items.

I provide psychological support to adolescents and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and mental health challenges.
People often seek support when they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or finding it difficult to navigate certain life experiences on their own. I work with individuals experiencing:
I offer perinatal psychology appointments on Thursday mornings at Gather by Kindred, located at 130 Bennetts Road in Norman Park.
Gather by Kindred, is a warm, welcoming space designed with parents and babies in mind, with free parking and baby-change facilities available. You are always welcome to bring your baby.
I have completed additional training in perinatal mental health and am a registered practitioner with the Centre of Perinatal Excellence (COPE). I’m also a non-directive pregnancy counselling provider and a trained Circle of Security Parenting (COS-P) facilitator.
I support expecting and new parents who may be experiencing:
My aim is to provide a compassionate and supportive space where parents can talk openly about their experiences and feel understood during what can be both a meaningful and challenging stage of life.
Whilst this space is well suited for pregnant and postpartum women, it is a very inclusive space and I can see other presentations at this clinic.
I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, working closely with you to tailor support to your individual needs, experiences, and goals.
I aim to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood—where we can make sense of what you’re going through and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
My work is guided by a neuro-affirming, trauma-informed, and LGBTQI+ inclusive perspective. Therapy is always adapted to your unique context, identity, and pace.
I draw on a range of evidence-based therapies, including:
When working with eating disorders, I draw from:
If you’re unsure whether therapy might be helpful, that’s completely okay. Many people feel uncertain before their first appointment. We can take things at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
